Quotation is based on completion of installation on the specified date/s. Customer related delays or hold-ups preventing completion of installation once started will incur an additional call-out fee.
Payment
Payment is required on the day of installation prior to sealing. Accepted forms of payment are: cash, cheque, bank cheque or direct deposit (Hills Kerbs Pty Ltd BSB: 082 240 ACC: 833068771).
Late payments may incur fees in addition to quoted or invoiced amounts.
Overdue and/or unpaid invoices will incur all debt collection and/or legal debt recovery costs, such costs will be charged to the client in addition to the invoice amount.
Hills Kerbs may give information about the client to a credit reporting agency for the purposes of obtaining a consumer credit report about the client and/or allowing the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about the client.
Minimum job charge is $500 +GST within a 15 klm radius of Castle Hill.
Additional work to that quoted will incur additional costs.
Quotation is valid for 60 days from quotation date.
Competitor quote descriptions must be sighted and be equal to the description outlined in this quotation.
Services provided by Hills Kerbs remains the property of Hills Kerbs until such time that payment in full has been received.
The client agrees to grant Hills Kerbs free and unrestricted access onto the work site until such time that full payment has been made and the coat of sealant has been applied to the coloured concrete (if required).
All ground preparation including filling, compacting, levelling etc from the work area must be completed prior to installation date unless other arrangements with Hills Kerbs have been agreed to.
All surplus material and waste and their removal is the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
Warranty will be void in the case of excessive ground movement, plant/tree root damage, vehicle damage or inappropriate use.
It is recommended the client gently hoses the newly laid concrete once (1 time), 24 hours after installation.
It is recommended that you do not begin work on or around freshly concreted surfaces at least until the coat of sealant has been applied. Preferably a period of two to three weeks without disturbance should be allowed for concrete to cure and reach maximum strength.
Hills Kerbs coloured concrete should be resealed after approximately two to three years. This will ensure the continued vibrancy and protection of the colours. Concrete resealing is not covered under warranty.
Hill Kerbs accepts responsibility of work in progress only whilst employees are on site.
Hills Kerbs is not responsible for the effects on, or damage to, it's services caused by weather, animals, children, vehicles or any force or effect not associated with, or controllable by Hills Kerbs.
The client agrees to allow photographs of the work in progress and completed work to be taken by Hills Kerbs for self promotional purposes.
By allowing Hills Kerbs to commence work, it is implied that the customer has read & agreed to the Terms & Conditions, regardless of whether or not a written quote has been signed.
All terms and conditions will continue to apply to the quoted customer (either quoted physically or over the phone) on any variations to the work or future works.
